My husband has schizophrenia/ depression and our youngest of three has autism and some days can get so hard, that you find yourself totally frustrated and confused. Then, you begin to break. I have had many of those days so I would like to share with you how I learned to handle these times so well. From years and years of dealing with the system and doctors on top of everyday life I learned some things.
